Spicy Turkey with rosemary

Ingredients for Spicy Turkey with rosemary
- Apple - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 7 Puig.
- Honey - 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 4 depot.
- Black pepper - 1 depot.
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
- Turkey - 500 g
- Powder mustard - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Sunflower oil
- Rosemary - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Spicy Turkey with rosemary
PREPARE THE SALAD:
1. Honey dressing:
In a small deep bowl mix the honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper, add the sunflower oil. Intensively stir with a whisk.
Thoroughly rinse the lettuce, chop and put in bowl. Apple cut, remove the core and peel; cut into thin strips, put in bowl and mix with lettuce. Fill honey dressing salad, stir and put into the refrigerator.
PREPARE THE TURKEY WITH ROSEMARY:
On a plate put a tablespoon of mustard powder, salt and ground black pepper.
Sear the Turkey on both sides until Golden brown and sprinkle with rosemary.
When all the Turkey is ready, remove from the pan and place on a large plate. Pull the fridge our salad.
