The recipe was again adapted from the book "Jamie & friends. Meat dishes" (again slightly modified). Quite unusual, but tasty. Home again happy!)

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Spicy Turkey with rosemary


Step 1

PREPARE THE SALAD:
1. Honey dressing:
In a small deep bowl mix the honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper, add the sunflower oil. Intensively stir with a whisk.
2. Salad:
Thoroughly rinse the lettuce, chop and put in bowl. Apple cut, remove the core and peel; cut into thin strips, put in bowl and mix with lettuce. Fill honey dressing salad, stir and put into the refrigerator.


Step 2

PREPARE THE TURKEY WITH ROSEMARY:
On a plate put a tablespoon of mustard powder, salt and ground black pepper.


Step 3

Sear the Turkey on both sides until Golden brown and sprinkle with rosemary.


Step 4

When all the Turkey is ready, remove from the pan and place on a large plate. Pull the fridge our salad.
