My family is very fond of cakes with cabbage. During Lent, this vegetable is very popular. Offer to bake a cake here. Hearty, tasty and easy to prepare.

Prepare the products.
In a Cup of sifted flour. Add the sugar and yeast. In warm water add salt and stir.
Flour, sugar and yeast stir with a dry spoon.
Add the warm salted water and vegetable oil.
Mix well until smooth. Cover the Cup and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Chop the onion and mushrooms.
Cut the cabbage.
Place the cabbage in a Cup and slightly obtinem hands.
In frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Lay out the cabbage. Fry for 3 minutes.
Add the chopped onions and mushrooms.
Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and sugar. Stir.
Turn off the heat. Cover the pan with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then cools.
Cut the greens.
In a greased form put half of the dough. Evenly distributed.
Spread the cabbage-mushroom stuffing. Evenly distributed.
Add the chopped greens.
Spread remaining dough.
Evenly distributed, enclosing the filling (I used a fork).
Put the form in preheated oven.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Baked a cake cover with wet cotton cloth for 1 minute. Then remove the cloth.
