Ingredients for Buckwheat fusilli with wild mushrooms
- Pasta - 120 g
- Mushrooms - 120 g
- Green beans - 100 g
- Pepper - 1/3 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Green onions - 1/4 Puig.
- Carrots - 40 g
- Sesame - 6 g
- Green peas - 3 tbsp.
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Buckwheat fusilli with wild mushrooms
Prepare the ingredients. Mushrooms thawed. Carrots grated ( I grated from the freezer).
Buckwheat fusilli to boil in salted water until tender (7-8 minutes).
Sweet pepper cut into thin strips.
Oil heat, put the mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes, add soy sauce, green beans. Fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the chopped sweet pepper. Stir and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Add the green peas. Stir, heat for 2-3 minutes. enter boiled noodles, mix well.
Green onions finely chop. Put into serving dish, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
