Many people love cinnamon rolls for their delicate flavor and aroma. Offer Cooks to taste my version of this wonderful baking.
Ingredients for Buns "Curly" cinnamon
- Milk - 150 ml
- Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 50 g
- Flour - 370 g
- Sugar - 40 g
- Cinnamon - 2 tsp.
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Buns "Curly" cinnamon
In warm milk dissolve the yeast.
Add sugar, salt, sour cream, egg and melted butter. Sift the flour.
Knead the dough and leave in a warm place to rise for 25-30 minutes. I leave in the bread maker.
Roll the dough out to a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm in the form of a rectangle.
Cut the rectangle into smaller rectangles (width of about 5-6 cm long, about 12 cm).
In mixer bowl combine sugar, cocoa and cinnamon.
Next, take the strip, make frequent cuts.
Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Roll in roll. Do the same procedure with the remaining batter.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and arrange the roulette table, cuts up. Leave for 15-20 min in a warm place.
Then bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until Browning.
