Separate the whites from the yolks.
Whisk whites until thick foam, add proteins in 100 gr of sugar and continue to beat for another 5-6 minutes. In a separate container, beat the egg yolks with 100 g sugar. The yolks with the sugar needs to brighten.
Put the yolks into the whites and gently stir from the bottom up. Then add flour in small amounts, stirring from bottom to top to saturate the mass of oxygen.
Put the mass into a form covered with parchment or greased with butter. Spread on top of cherries (if cherries are frozen, it is necessary to squeeze out excess juice). Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Readiness check with a wooden skewer or knife.
