Almost a real Italian pizza on thin dough with vegetable ingredients. A great way to diversify Lenten menu.
Ingredients for Lean pizza
- Flour - 200 g
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
- Water - 100...120 ml
- Olive oil - 6 tbsp.
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tomato juice - 50 ml
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Tofu - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp.
- Green olives - 10 PCs
- Spices - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Lean pizza
Prepare the dough.
Sift flour, add salt, yeast and mix thoroughly.
Pour the water and oil. Knead the dough. It should be elastic. Put in a container, cover with film and leave for 40 min.
Prepare the filling.
Cut into thin rings tomatoes, cut into strips pepper, cut into rings olives. In a separate container mix tomato juice and ketchup
The dough, which already went well, knead again and divide into two equal parts. Roll out each piece (very finely)
Grease the dough with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian herbs with tomato sauce (the sauce more than the picture)
Spread tomatoes, pepper, olives
With a teaspoon put the sauce from the tofu (at this stage you can instead of Tofu sauce to take chopped small thin slices of mozzarella, I promise it will be delicious!). And ship all in the oven
The baking time of 7 min. at a temperature of 220 C. do Not keep longer - the dough can burn.
