Make the dough: mix the vegetable oil (2-3 tbsp), egg, water, salt. Whisk.

Gradually add flour and knead the dough. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes and leave to rest under cling film for 30-40 minutes.

When the dough is rested, grease it with vegetable oil.
