I really like baking with semolina. Loved the Apple pie with candied ginger. Wanted to intensify the taste of ginger. And so was born this cupcake. The recipe author.

Measure sugar and place in a bowl.
Add the eggs. Beat with a whisk. Without fanaticism!
Add yogurt, vegetable oil, juice and zest of lemon, grated ginger. Mix well.
Flour, sifted with baking powder, dry ginger. Mix well.
Candied ginger finely chopped and add to the dough. Mix well.
Form 20 cm in diameter grease. Put the dough. Flatten. Put in the preheated oven.
Bake at 180C for approximately 35 minutes.
The cake to cool for ten minutes in the form, then on the grill. Chilled sprinkle with powdered sugar.
