Onion cut into half rings, fry in 2-3 tbsp oil until transparent.
Mushrooms arbitrarily cut.
Add the mushrooms to the onions. Fry until cooked. At the end of cooking pour in the soy sauce; heat 1 minute.
The soy sauce I used TM KIKKOMAN.
Cabbage finely chop.
A carrot to chop.
Add to the cabbage.
Add the corn without liquid.
Add the cooled mushrooms with onion and vegetable mayonnaise.
Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
