Very simple but very tasty bread rice flour and sesame oil. Prepared quickly, and disappears even faster!
Ingredients for Rice bread "Gold bullion"
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 100 ml
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour - 210 g
- Potato starch - 70 g
- Corn starch - 30 g
- Water - 130 ml
- Sesame - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice bread "Gold bullion"
Milk to warm up a bit. Yeast and sugar mix in a bowl. To the yeast add the warm milk and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Beat egg with salt and sesame oil.
Mix all dry and liquid ingredients and knead the dough. Without fanaticism, just really mix well with a spoon. The dough is obtained as thick as sour cream.
Dough leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. After an hour here it is a beautiful. A light, porous.
The dough is spread on the molds and leave for another 30 minutes to reach.
Preheat the oven to 180 C. after 30 minutes the dough into the molds gently, without fanaticism, slightly top brush to coat with sesame oil and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Put the form in the oven for 35 minutes.
