Pancakes-a traditional dish of Belarusian cuisine. However, hash Browns are widely distributed in the national cuisine of other countries from America to Eastern Europe. In Ukrainian cuisine they are called potato pancakes, Jewish latkes, American-hashbraun. Today I'll show you how I prepare them, but the recipe is presented without the use of eggs, meaning it is perfect for those who are Fasting, vegetarians or those people who for some reason can't eat chicken eggs.

Potatoes and onions need to be cleaned.
Add in the grated vegetables, salt, ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of flour ( from top). If the potatoes are very juicy, then necessarily it must be pressed. I have this was not necessary.
You need to mix well all the ingredients.
Tablespoon to put the mince in a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. The pancakes should be given a round or oval shape and press a little with a spoon so that the thickness was about 0.5 cm.
Fry on medium plate for 3-4 minutes on each side under the hood. The roasting time may vary due to the power plate, so I pointed out the average time. You need to focus on the color of pancakes.
Ready pancakes to put on paper towel to remove excess oil. You can skip this step, as the oil is used quite a bit when frying.
Ready pancakes can be decorated with chopped greens and serve hot to the table. A great addition to be refrigerated lean mayonnaise or sour cream ( for those who can), and fresh cucumber. Bon appetit! Delicious!👍
