Step 1

Take the black bread, dried, cut off the crust, pour olive oil, soy sauce and spicy mustard. I chose soy sauce TM Kikkoman.


Step 2

Mash, RUB the bread with additives and roll small balls.

Take bell pepper, tomato, cucumber and cut into large chunks.


Step 4
