Fish cooked in cabbage leaves, it turns out very tender, and due to the marinade with soy sauce and herbs are delicious! Vegetable sauce makes this dish even more interesting.

Leaves Chinese cabbage cut off the thickest part. On the remaining sheets, lightly beat the thick places the hilt of the knife. Blanch the cabbage in boiling salted water for 7-10 minutes.

4 leaves Chinese cabbage to put an overlapping cross. At the intersection of the center put half of the vegetables.
Spread vegetables marinated fillet of fish.
To raise the ends of the cabbage at a time and completely cover the fish.
Lay out the envelopes with the fish in the parchment or baking paper. Thinly slice fresh tomatoes and lay on top of each cabbage envelope, a little salt
Bake the cabbage envelopes with the fish at 180C for about 20-25 minutes.
