Sweet pepper cut into strips. Carrots cut into thin strips.
In a bowl put the sliced peppers and carrots. Pour soy sauce and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Fry in 1 tbsp olive oil vegetables ( pepper and carrots).
In a salad bowl spread boiled chickpeas, green peas, roasted vegetables. Sprinkle with tarragon, ground black pepper, the remaining olive oil. Bon appetit!
