Easy and simple recipe which is prepared quite quickly. Rice goes well with dressing and a light vegetable salad. Burgers with toppings perfectly complement the dish. No pork chops this dish can be prepared in a post, it will be delicious.
Ingredients for Spring rice and chicken with stuffing
- Figure - 100 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Green peas - 100 g
- Minced meat - 350 g
- Cheese - 60 g
- Peanuts - 70 g
- Dill - 3 vetos.
- Parsley - 3 vetos.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Spring rice and chicken with stuffing
Boil the rice until tender. This figure will need 35 minutes. Drain in a colander and let the water drain out.
Dressing for rice: mix in a bowl the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil. Season with salt, add garlic, passed through the press. Mix well.
Fill the rice with the mixture and set aside aside.
For the salad: chop the cucumber, chop the greens, prepare the peas.
For meatballs: minced meat add salt and pepper to taste, knead until smooth. Add the egg and knead again.
For the filling: in the bowl of a blender put the roasted peanuts, peeled or not, then parsley and dill. Grind to crumbs.
Put the resulting mass into a bowl and add the grated cheese, mix well.
To take up a bit of mince and split it into a pancake. In the middle put a bit of filling and seal the edges so the stuffing inside the chops. Roll each cutlet in the flour.
In a frying pan heat a little vegetable oil until ready to fry cutlets from both sides.
Serve rice along with a salad and meatballs. Bon appetit!
