Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Ribs wash and cut into portions. Put in a bowl and mix with seasoning, salt, pepper.
Sleeve for baking, to tie with one hand and put it on a dish. To distribute evenly inside the sleeve the potatoes and lightly salt and pepper it.
For potatoes put the ribs in a single layer. Let the air out and tie the second end of the sleeve. "Tails" tuck PD sleeve, so as not to interfere with rotation.
Cook at maximum power 20-40 minutes. The time depends on the amount of meat on the ribs.
