- Beans - 240 g
- Corn - 120 g
- Leek - 100 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Bacon - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Beans in a creamy sauce with bacon
Everything is very simple. Chop the bacon in small cubes, onion rings (you can use onions, leeks with a more delicate taste, but with the usual turns out not less tasty). Open cans, drain from the liquid.
In a pan with hot oil put onion and fry on medium heat for 2-3 min. Add the bacon and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the cream, put the beans and corn, season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer under a lid for 15 min. Ready! Can try!
