Salad "Spring Rhapsody"

Ingredients for Salad "Spring Rhapsody"
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Pickled cucumber - 1 piece
- Radishes - 100 g
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 1 piece
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Red onion - 1/2 PCs
- Green onions - 2 PCs
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- The mixture of peppers - 1/4 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Spring Rhapsody"
Take a bow, clean. Of course, you can take some one kind of bow.
We cut thin half-rings.
Next onion pickle. Pour over boiling water, in a minute the water drain off and pour the vinegar, leave to marinate.
Celery cut into thin strips, pickled cucumber and radishes half-rings.
Cool the potatoes in their skins peel, cut cubes, add to vegetables.
Squeeze pickled onion, put the vegetables.
Make the dressing. Mix olive oil, mustard with grains, pour soy sauce. I have sauce TM Kikkoman.
Pour the salad dressing. Stir.
For my taste this salad it is better to stand a few hours, but not cold. I love these salads at room temperature.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion rings and freshly-ground mixture of peppers.
