- Pollock - 2 kg
- Onion - 300 g
- Carrots - 250 g
- Soy sauce - 7 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Cream - 50 g
- Water - 250 ml
- The mixture of peppers - 1/3 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Baked Pollock in soy butter sauce
Prepare the products. Cleaned and washed the fish and vegetables. The fish is cut into portions.
Purified fish put into the Cup. Add the soy sauce "Kikkoman". Stir. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
Cut the onion. Carrots three on a grater. Put in a Cup. Add the mixture of peppers and vegetable oil. Add salt to taste.
