Potatoes cut into cubes or strips, pour hot water or vegetable broth (about 1-1,5 liters), put on to cook.
Carrots to grate on cucumbers, onions finely chop.
Salted cucumbers to grate on a fine grater.
Onion and carrot fry in vegetable oil. To the vegetables add the tomato paste (I have a homemade ketchup), pickles, and soy sauce.
I used natural sauce TM Kikkoman.
When the potato is cooked, mashed vegetables into a saucepan, add the prepared cereals and spices (I added pepper and mushroom powder). Cook for another 3 minutes. To give the soup a little brew and serve.
