Separate the whites from the yolks.
In proteins pour regular white sugar.
In the yolks of cane.
I have sugar TM MISTRAL.
Beat egg yolks with sugar until white.
Proteins with sugar beat until stiff stable foam.
Carrot peel and grate on a fine grater.
To the carrots add the baking powder and vegetable oil.
And the beaten egg yolks, mix well.
Gently add the whites.
Add the flour and stir until smooth.
Put the dough in a greased form for baking.
Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, add powdered sugar and raisins.
Ready the cooled cake cut into small pieces.
The bottom of the form to cover with cling film, place a layer of sponge cake.
Pour curd cream.
And so do the layers until all the biscuit and cream.
Put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
