Spaghetti with vegetable sauce - great meals for Lent! I want to offer you interesting and unusual recipe, which wonderfully combines the sweet taste of the carrots, the spiciness of the arugula and nuts!

Pasta to boil in boiling salted water until "al dente".
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.
To the carrots add the arugula and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
To the vegetables, pour soy sauce, water, simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Almonds grind and add to the carrots and arugula, crushed with a blender to puree.
Spaghetti mix with the resulting sauce and serve.
