Ingredients for Veal stew with tomato-mushroom gravy
- Veal - 1 kg
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Tomatoes in own juice - 1 ban.
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Allspice - to taste
- Broth - 500 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Veal stew with tomato-mushroom gravy
Onion and garlic finely chopped
And simmer in butter until clear.
Beef wash, cut into cubes and roll in flour.
Add to the onions with the garlic and lightly fry.
Add the tin of tomatoes with juice, chopped parsley, sugar, mushrooms cut into plates or slices, and broth. Bring to boil and cook with the lid closed for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
I used sugar TM "Mistral".
Separately boil the rice. I used Jasmine rice TM "Mistral".
Serve the veal with rice.
