Ingredients for Meat balls in mushroom gravy
- Minced meat - 250 g
- Figure - 1 Cup.
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece

- Sour cream - 4 tbsp
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Flour - 2 tbsp

Figure pre-boil. I cooked in a rice cooker and used the Jasmine rice TM "Mistral".
