I want to share with You the recipe, created by "explanation" of the German star cuisine. It is important that this recipe will be able to master each, and the dish looks like in a fancy restaurant and has a very elegant taste. The basis for this recipe is orange salmon Alexander Herrmann, the organizer of the Nuremberg giant culinary event "Palazzo". However, Salmon Hermann was without the dressing and without a photo, so I had to find him a Supplement. Step-by-step instruction of cooking Salmon with orange tarragon butter on-quinoa


Step 1

Prepare the oil.
In melted butter, the orange zest, pepper, mustard and stir constantly to cool. Into the cooled butter add the tarragon and stir.
