It is important that this recipe will be able to master each, and the dish looks like in a fancy restaurant and has a very elegant taste. The basis for this recipe is orange salmon Alexander Herrmann, the organizer of the Nuremberg giant culinary event "Palazzo". Ingredients for Salmon with orange tarragon butter on-quinoa
- Orange - 1 piece
- Tarragon - 3 vetos.
- Mustard - 1.5 tsp.
- Butter - 125 g
- Quinoa - 1.5 stack.
- Balsamic - 3 tbsp.
- Tarragon - 2 tbsp
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Shallots - 5 PCs
- Peanut oil - 4 tbsp
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Carrots - 1,5 PCs
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fish fillets - 500 g
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Salmon with orange tarragon butter on-quinoa
Prepare the oil.
In melted butter, the orange zest, pepper, mustard and stir constantly to cool. Into the cooled butter add the tarragon and stir.
Salmon cut into portions, grease a plate or dish (any ceramic or porcelain) made with oil, spread on her pieces of salmon and lubricates every bite orange oil with a brush.
