Chicken baked in the oven ever since childhood, I associate with the holiday. Crispy crust, mayonnaise under the cap, which is so tasty to dip the bread stuffed with apples and prunes, or so beloved by all of us buckwheat... in any of the many options it good! Today my daughter and I wanted a holiday and we decided to cook chicken stuffed with buckwheat and mushrooms. The recipe is super simple and also super not new.. but it could be our version you will like? Try it, it's delicious!

- Chicken - 1 piece
- Buckwheat - 1 Cup.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Spices - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken in the nest
Prepare the chicken first.
It is necessary to RUB with salt and your favorite spices, my version is salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic. The chicken can be cooked immediately, but you can marinate (RUB with spices and leave in the fridge for a few hours).
Now the stuffing.
We have buckwheat from "Mistral" and fresh mushrooms.
Onion chop and fry in vegetable oil. As flushed, add the mushrooms (we washed and cut). Lightly add salt and fry until all excess moisture. When water does not remain completely I add a little butter - the mushrooms are tender.
Buckwheat. Cook it in a ratio of 1 Cup buckwheat to 3 of water. Put in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes (until soft), drain excess water and add to the mushrooms.
Optionally add some herbs.
*By the way if the buckwheat to cook fully, would make a great side dish or even main dish.
We used fresh mushrooms, but here a great way you can use any store-bought or wild mushrooms, fresh or frozen.
Here it is, our hen and in the nest! Children will especially enjoy the final stage, build a nest, decorate with greens.
