Delicious muffins with a beautiful, graceful faults at the apex, with rich chocolate flavor, inviting aroma of coffee and slight salty aftertaste. They contain no eggs, vegetable oil is used, and the rest, as far as I understand, you can eat! Therefore I strongly recommend to prepare these muffins with a velvety inner structure to the delight of myself and friends! Mix all dry ingredients, except chocolate.

Step 2

Used a small unrefined cane sugar TM Mistral. This sugar is especially recommended for baking as it fills the product with a soft caramel taste.

In a separate container mix all liquid ingredients.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry, mix thoroughly with a spoon, add the broken into pieces (or shabby) chocolate and stir again.

Step 5

Spread the batter in the muffin tins, filling them to 2/3 and sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a skewer it should come out dry from the center.
