Risotto with shrimp and rice Basmati. Very tasty and healthy lunch or dinner.

Salt to taste.
Clean and chop the onion and carrots. Bring the onions until clear. Add carrots and stew for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp. Simmer no more than 2 minutes.
Wash the rice. Evenly spread in the pot or pan. Fill it with water. Close the lid and on medium heat simmer for 15 minutes. After you mix and add the salt and spices. Tomato paste to taste.
Voila a pilaf is ready! I would like to add, is very harmoniously combined with pilaf, bell pepper and tomato. A turmeric and saffron would add a spicy touch to the dish.
