Dear cooks, without much ADO I want to present to your attention this fragrant and delicious vegetable pie! Sorry, no photo of the decor (it was evening, after work). Anyone who fasts, and also anyone who just loves delicious and quick cakes, I recommend: prepare, you will not regret!

Poppy pour boiling water and leave for 20-30 minutes, then drain the water. In a bowl, combine the water, sugar, salt and butter.
Pour the flour (leave only 1 tbsp), baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. In one add grated on a small grater, zest the lemon in the other and cocoa, and on the third Mac, and 1 tbsp flour.
Here these three test we did.
The shape of diameter 24 cm grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina (I sprinkled). Put the dough need a spoonful of one kind to another. I laid out in the following sequence: pastry with poppy pastry with cocoa and dough with lemon zest. The photo shows how the dough fills the form.

A fully cooled pie, sprinkle if desired with icing sugar. The house smells of lemon, cocoa and we drink tea and enjoy the fragrant cakes!
