Ingredients for Focaccia with cheese and herbs
- Flour - 500 g
- Yeast - 20 g
- Mineral water - 325 ml
- Salt - 3 depot.
- Sugar - 10 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Cheese - 300 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Rosemary - to taste
- Oregano - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Focaccia with cheese and herbs
Dissolve yeast and sugar in 325 ml of cold water.
To the flour add the salt and herbs.
To connect sugar water with yeast with the flour. Add 3 tbsp. of olive oil.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Let stand under some foil for 30 minutes.
RUB cheese on a coarse grater. Divide the dough into 2 parts and hands distributed on the form greased.
On the dough, apply olive oil with a brush, herbs, and cheese.
Bake Focaccia in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
