Ingredients for American soup with wild rice
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Wild rice - 1 Cup.
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 2 PCs
- Flour - 100 g
- Thyme - 1 tsp.
- Broth - 2 l
- Cream - 400 ml
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking American soup with wild rice
Products needed for cooking.
Onions, celery, carrots cut into small cubes.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add celery, stir and continue to fry.
Add the carrots, a little fry.
Add the flour, thyme, stirring occasionally, saute for 2-3 minutes.
Vegetables to shift in a saucepan and cover with chicken broth. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat.
