These vegetable patties made of potato dough filled with millet porridge - my free interpretation of Finnish pies with difficult to pronounce name Paranepionic. Very delicious thing! The combination of potatoes and cereal is not perceived as junk food, pies just "fly away"! Soy sauce is very harmoniously perceived in millet stuffing. Recommend!

Step 1

For the beginning cook millet porridge. A glass of water heated almost to boiling, add salt and millet flakes. Bring to a boil, cook 1 minute, remove from heat and cover the saucepan with a lid. Insist porridge for 15 minutes.
Pour vegetable oil and stir.
