Chocolate cake with pudding "A La cheesecake"

Offer Cooks a cake recipe, the cooking process of which resembles a "Liquid cheesecake". In my version of the filling of cottage cheese I replaced it with pudding. The pie was very tasty, with a slightly damp test structure and mouth-watering stuffing, complemented by candied fruits.
Ingredients for Chocolate cake with pudding "A La cheesecake"
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 150 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Flour - 160 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Leavening agent - 1/2 tsp.
- Milk - 400 ml
- Pudding vanilla - 1 Pach.
- Candied - 100 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate cake with pudding "A La cheesecake"
In a bowl to drive 2 eggs, add sugar, salt, sour cream and softened butter. Mix well.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix well, dough will be like thick cream.
The form to lay baking paper, grease with vegetable oil (1 tbsp) and spread the chocolate dough.
100 ml milk pour the dry mix to prepare the pudding, stir well to avoid lumps. The rest of the milk bring almost to a boil and pour into the prepared mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Then, in the middle test gently spread the pudding.
On top of the pudding to distribute the candied fruit, like "utaplivaja" them in the stuffing or mix them with the pudding in advance. Put the dish into a cold oven. To turn 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. The dough will be slightly springy.
The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
