- Peas - 180 g
- Water - 100 ml

- Vegetable oil - 15 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Pea pancakes
First you need to prepare the peas. I pour the peas with water, leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning the water is drained, washed peas, pour boiling water and cook until tender. To keep the color of peas when cooked add sugar. Peas drain in a colander, let it drain and cool.
The peas add water (100ml) and blend it in a blender.
Add the egg, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and mix well.
Then add milk, flour, baking powder and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. The dough of medium thickness.
