- Broccoli - 200 g

- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Seasoning - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Lean bars of broccoli and peas

1. Boil the peas. Drain the water.
