Try a simple, healthy, colourful, tasty and quick to prepare warm vegetable salad with beans. A rich salad, with diet. You can eat in the form of heat or cold.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, cut into slices and warm it for a minute.
Onion cut into half rings, add to the garlic and lightly fry. Add the bell pepper, cut into strips, and warm up for two minutes.
Next, add the cherry tomatoes, cut into 4 pieces, fry for about two minutes.
Then add the canned beans, spices to taste, vinegar (I have Apple) and soy sauce. I used soy sauce TM Kikkoman naturally brewed.
Warm salad for two more minutes, and serve.
