The soup is easy to cook. used in the preparation barley groats and vegetables.

Pearl barley to soak overnight in advance. Dice the carrots, turnips, celery. Shred the cabbage, chop the leeks, onions. Garlic and ginger I rubbed on a small grater.
All the vegetables are put in boiling broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour in the broth, barley together with water to soak and cook for another 20 minutes. Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Soup is recommended for the diet.
