Prepare the products. I use pre-cooked beets.

Cut the onion.


Step 3

Cut the prunes. If too dry, you can pour hot water and leave for 10-15 minutes.

In frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Arrange the onion and prunes. Fry for 3 minutes.

Add the sauce to the wok for frying TM "Kikkoman". Stir. Fry for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Cool.

Spread roasted plum and onion powder in the bowl of a blender.

Grind until smooth. (You can add 1 tbsp of boiled water.)
