Once watched a cooking program where the chef prepared this dish. It would seem, what could be easier!? But there it was! My previous pasta with dry fried ground beef in the past... Remember the recipe, tried it and now cooks, I want to share it with you. It is incredibly delicious, juicy and tender. Believe me, there is nothing tastier!))

Boil the meat until tender. I boiled in a liter of water an hour and ten minutes. At the end of cooking, add a teaspoon of salt.

Boil the pasta in 1.5 liters of water, adding 1.5 tsp. of salt.

Pour beef broth pieces, stirring and warming up the pasta on fire. It took me 130 ml of broth. This will give the pasta juiciness and tenderness.
