This recipe is for lovers of white chocolate, and candy, so called because they go with the addition of lemon juice and citric acid. It turns out the taste is sweet with sourness.

Take the white chocolate and heat either in the microwave or in a water bath. The temperature of the chocolate should not exceed 28-30 degrees.
Take ice and melt it, it should be slightly warm
Add in the melted chocolate ice cream. Stir until smooth.
To the mixture, add the butter and lemon juice.
Stir until smooth. Then the mixture slightly hardens.
Divide the mixture into roughly equal portions.
Expect better when the chocolate will seize and you can roll into balls. The size is roughly slightly larger than a walnut. Remove the balls in a container in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. I was cleaning for the night.
Make a dry mixture of: a dye, powdered sugar, vanilla and citric acid.
Get candy out of the fridge and coat in dry mixture.
In order to make the dye slightly wetted hand with water and roll candy. The dye starts showing. This result is obtained.
