Tasty, tender, bright rice! An excellent side dish as fast, and in ordinary days. Add to rice cauliflower makes the dish more tender.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Figure "Bright"

Step 1

Wash rice, cover with cold water (300 ml). Boil with 1 tsp salt until tender.

Step 2

Cauliflower wash and grate or chop in a blender.

Step 3

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Step 4

Heat the pan with oil. Add the garlic, leave on the fire for a minute, then add cauliflower.

Step 5

Mix soy sauce, white pepper and paprika.

Step 6

To the cauliflower add the rice and soy sauce, mix thoroughly and keep on heat for 3 minutes.

Step 7

Serve immediately.
