Wash rice, cover with cold water (300 ml). Boil with 1 tsp salt until tender.
Cauliflower wash and grate or chop in a blender.
Garlic peel and finely chop.
Heat the pan with oil. Add the garlic, leave on the fire for a minute, then add cauliflower.
Mix soy sauce, white pepper and paprika.
To the cauliflower add the rice and soy sauce, mix thoroughly and keep on heat for 3 minutes.
