Another Apple pastries. Who love these recipes, I appreciate it. Apple pie is very loose (literally) without too much sweetness.

At high speed beat the butter until fluffy, add the syrup and vanilla (or lemon zest). Mix until a homogeneous mass.
Add the eggs one by one, each time well whisking every 30 seconds.
In a separate container mix the flour, salt, oatmeal and baking powder.
Add "dry" mixture to oil and stir until smooth on low speed. If necessary, add oatmeal. I did not dare to "score" dough "lecturing" and "put" on the form.
On apples pour raisins
Put the remaining dough. I gently and evenly spread the dough and then smeared on the fruit. Although the recipe was written so optimistic: Crumble the remaining dough evenly. I did not dare to make the dough "crumbling" initially.
Sprinkle with almond petals (blades), but I was not, and I just chopped almonds.
