In the post mushrooms are simply irreplaceable. They have their own unique flavor, sate is not worse than the meat and fish dishes. It also contains protein, which is so lacking in vegetarian menu. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
Grind the garlic into a puree.
Mushrooms wipe with a paper towel and cut into plates in three parts.
In a heated over medium heat the oil, fry the garlic for two minutes until light Browning and flavor.
Add the mushrooms and mix well.
Pour sauce marinade Teriyaki. I used TM Kikkoman.
Simmer for 20 minutes on the heat above medium, until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Add the chopped parsley leaves, mix well and cook for one minute.
Serve hot or cold, as a snack.
