If You do not have enough sun, try to bake. I love tarts because they are not too sweet, they're crunchy and perfectly blended with fukami and vegetables. In addition tart looks stylish. However, don't always have time to Tinker with it because it must be the furnace 2 times - without filling and with filling. That is why I want to share with You a wonderful recipe that allows this difficulty to get around: a Delicious and easy recipe for a spring tea party. This tart is baked in 2 times faster than normal and it turns out delicious and beautiful, like a French patisserie. And it is made of native poppy crackers! With orange cream filling. And how delicious it smells... delicious!

1 step the most tedious, it is necessary to grind the dried chips. I did it with mortar, and then through the bag with a rolling pin.
Melt the butter, add the crumbs of the crackers, stir and chop with a blender in a smaller mass. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Spread crumbs in the form for tarte and carefully crush with a spoon or by hand along the perimeter and the bottom.
Mix eggs, cream, sugar, zest and orange juice in a homogeneous foamy mass. And gently pour it into the tart almost to the brim. (Do not pour in one spot, otherwise "shed" a hole in the tarte better in a circle.)Put in oven on protoni.
Bake about 20 minutes, until firm mass. Check weight periodically and get tart immediately after hardening. (Curing time may vary).
Then the tart should be cooled on the table, and then put the form in the fridge for a few minutes. After the fridge tart is much easier to get out of shape and cut. It does not break.
Bon appetit and tea!
