Very interesting and unusual salad in Oriental style. It's quick and easy, and the result is stunning and very intriguing. This salad may also be prepared during fasting.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Salad "red"


Step 1

Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings. Pour ice water and let stand for approx. 20 minutes to left bitterness. Then drain the water and squeeze the onions.


Step 2

Red cabbage chopped and boiled beets grate on a grater for Korean carrot.


Step 3

Dates (optional pre-soak) dice.


Step 4

Mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice and white pepper.


Step 5

Mix onions, cabbage, beets and dates. Add vegetable, mayonnaise and dressing. Mix thoroughly, sprinkle with roasted on a dry pan until Golden brown with sesame seeds.
