Sauerkraut pour boiling water, allow to cool, slightly soak, rinse and squeeze.

Fry on low heat, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.

Add in the cabbage all the spices.
Pour in the soy sauce.

Stir, continue to cook for a few minutes.
Pour 50 ml of boiling water, cover and turn off the heat.
Give 5 minutes to stand up.
