Offer you a recipe of a very quick, tasty and healthy cooking capelin. The fish turns out tender, juicy, very tasty. I was very surprised when found nothing similar on our website. Help yourself!

Capelin wash and clean. A bit dry with a paper towel.
Mix the vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and paprika.
I used my favorite soy sauce TM "Kikkoman".
Fill the fish with the mixture and stir.
In a baking dish and put foil on it lay the fish in a single layer and put the Bay leaf and thyme sprigs. It is better to use, of course, fresh, but I only have dried.
Close foil and put in preheated to 175 C (350F) oven for 30 minutes
Then open the foil and allow to stand for another 5 minutes, so the fish is slightly browned.
Serve with salad or any side dish of your choice.
