Ingredients for Potato sticks with a crispy crust
- Potatoes - 6 PCs
- Pickled cucumber - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1/4 PCs
- Green peas - 2 tbsp
- Parsley - 0,5 Puig.
- Olive oil - 1.5 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs - 5 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato sticks with a crispy crust
Boil the carrots. I do it in the microwave, in a plastic bag.
Boil the potatoes, Pat dry, mash well with a potato masher.
In a Cup mix the soy sauce and olive oil.
Pour into the potatoes and then mash again with potato masher. Leave on time, even a little cool.
Cut the vegetables into small, equal cubes.
Warm potatoes, add the flour, again knead with a potato masher. Watch out, not to leave lumps. Try for salt, dosolit, if needed.
Add all the vegetables and green peas, stir.
On the Board to form sticks.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Grease well with olive oil.
