One of the most delicious cheese cakes that I bake. Cheesecake turns out air, light and delicate. Baked cheesecake is considered to be a classic American dessert. In fact, their roots are in Eastern Europe. In Poland, Belarus, Western Ukraine always had a lot of cheese, and that it was used for making "cheesecakes" and all kinds of casseroles. But this is the recipe for American cheesecake.

Step 1

Whisk the cream with the icing sugar.


Step 2
