Beet salad with Apple

Beet and Apple - are universal. Look great in many dishes. And United together, and under the soy sauce... I won't intrigue. Help yourself, dear.
Ingredients for Beet salad with Apple
- Beets - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 1 piece
- Orange - $ 2.

- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Pistachios - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Beet salad with Apple
Pre-cook or bake beets.
Slice the beets with a medium bar.
In a bowl, pour soy sauce.
I use for sushi and sashimi from TM Kikkoman.
Its sweet and sour taste very complete way in this salad.
Then pour sunflower aromatic oil,
re-mix (no oil adjust the weight of the beets).
Wash and dry celery and Apple.
Celery chopped up, put in a salad.
Apple cut cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice ( 3% vinegar), mix well. Put in a salad.
Chop the onion feathers, add to the salad.
The orange segments to release from the white skin and chop, as in a salad.
Add crushed pistachios and mix.
Taste to correct for salt.
I was served with pickled mackerel and we did not need to salt the salad at all.
